The beginning of our story might be your story, too. Two people buried in high
pressure day jobs, caught up in the daily grind and office politics. Lunch hours,
if we got any, were spent wondering if there might be something better.
But, at the end of each day, after another interminable commute, we'd come home
and with the opening of the front door all of the day's stresses would be erased.
There to greet us, with wide, loving eyes and boundless energy, would be Dixie,
our sweet, tail-wagging Jack Russell Terrier. Sound familiar? Ever think, "I wish
I could just quit my job and be with my dog?"
Well, WE did. In a moment of inspiration -- some call it insanity! -- we actually
DID quit our jobs in pursuit of that better something. And to find it we looked
no further than our own little Dixie.
What better way to start a new career than by leveraging our love for dogs into
a business that adds something to their lives as they have given so much to ours?
Thus was born Dixie Digs LLC.
From the outset, our goal at Dixie Digs has been to inject a sense of fun and
flair into an otherwise ordinary product category . To give dogs, and their humans,
an opportunity to make a statement about themselves with something as simple as
"walk wear." Our collars and leashes are cool and classy, and made to match!
Designed with hand-picked 100% cotton fabrics and gorgeous grosgrain ribbons,
they come in a variety of styles wide enough to suit the personalities of even
the most "colorful" canines.
