Our company works to blend our pet furniture to compliment a room, not be the statement in the room. We offer a design service that retail sellers can utilize to help their customers choose the right size and fabric for their pets. We can provide a questionaire that the retailer can fill out to give us the dimensions of the piece of furniture, or place that the steps are needed, i.e.; bed, chair, window. We very often send several swatches of fabric choices to our customers. We encourage them to try the fabrics in natural and artificial light. We do not charge for this service. If your customer needs a size that is not in our regular lines, there would be a fee for service and labor. We will be offering swatches for brick and mortar stores, as well as online retailers. We recommend ordering a small 2 or 3 step stairs to display in your store.

Our products are scotch guarded. Spots can usually be removed with damp sponge and foam cleaner, i.e. Woolite.

Our team at Schotzie Productions bring enthusiasm and imagination to the workplace. Each of us has previous training in fields that easily transition to our current positions with our company. We often have requests for different configurations. After a few suggestions, and drawings we have a consensus of safe and doable, or not. We will never build steps that we don't think are safe and appropriate to the situation. One size does not fit all. Because of due diligence we have been able to retain a 0.03% return rate.

We recently shipped a 4 step 24 inches high Schotzie PetSteps, with a 12 x 12 top step, for an elderly cat to Toronto. Our customer was so delighted with her first purchase, that a week later, she ordered a second piece for under the window, for her cat, to look out. Our platform top steps are very popular sellers. These are great for small dogs (under 25lbs,) and cats.

Another order for a customer who needed folding steps for a 25 inch high bed for her dog, Mitzi. Her bedroom is small, so she wanted to have the steps fold and put them under her bed during the day. The steps are 8-1/2" high when folded. Her clearance was 9-1/2". We named the model Mitzi! Our customers have returned to order another step for another room. We have had customers order as many a 6 different steps. These are not re-placements, these are for other dogs and furniture. One customer has ordered 6 steps over the last 5 years. She inherited a relative's dogs and needed more steps for other rooms.

We offer Vanity steps, custom made, to suit your client. These are usually large and over the top!! We are fast approaching our 5th Anniversary of Schotzie PetSteps, named after our 19 year old orange tabby, who died in 2004. He gave such unconditional love wiithout question. We dearly miss him We will drop ship within the US and Canada. The customer is responsible for paying the duty. We ship FedEx. All customs papers are included in shipment. It is the retailer's responsibility to see that the duty is paid. Our steps ship fully assembled. The bottom is covered, usually in black vinyl, to protect floors . The small steps weigh about 18 to 22 lbs. The medium 12x12s about 35 lbs. The 6 and 7 steps about 37 lbs. We have a 30 day return policy for our product. Item must be returned in original packaging. Customer must initiate and insure returning product. When we have received product in as original condition, we will then issue a refund.
